The new Radboud Biobank template Participant Information Form (PIF) and Informed Consent (IC) for biobank collections is based on the standard developed within the NFU Mutual Recognition (multicenter biobanks) project. The template can also be used for mono-center biobank collections. In addition, a PIF and IC template is also available for data collections. Please see the news item (in Dutch) on the CCMO website voor a complete summary of the changes.
Within Radboudumc, the templates for both the biobank- and data collections have been expanded for the expertise centers (ECZAs) that are active at Radboudumc and that collaborate with the various European Reference Networks (ERNs) in the field of research into rare diseases.
